Kuwait University (abbreviated in English as Kuniv) is one of the public universities in Kuwait.
The College of Business Administration (CBA) was established following the Amiri Decree No. 164 of 1995. CBA has officially started offering academic programs in the first semester of 1995/1996, as a replacement to the School of Commerce and Economics and Political Sciences at Kuwait University .
CBA has currently under its umbrella the following Departments:
- Finance & Financial Institutions
- Management & Marketing
- Public Administration
- Quantitative Methods & Information Systems
CBA is committed to providing integrated knowledge and management skills for its graduates. Public and private sector organizations recruit CBA graduates as they perceive them to be well equipped with both language and computer skills, and with excellent analytical and quantitative abilities. CBA is also committed to developing a strong sense of business ethics as related business practices. In April 2005, CBA has been awarded AACSB full accreditation for all of its Bachelor's and Master's programs. CBA received the certificate of accreditation in an official ceremony held as part of the activities of the annual AACSB conference (from 21-23 April 2005 at the city of San Francisco). At present time, CBA is working on the maintenance requirements of this accreditation. On recent developments, CBA is on the verge of completing proposals for new postgraduate programs in the fields of Accounting, Economics, and Islamic Finance. These will be offered in cooperation with the University's Graduate College.

1) Student is requested to arrive not earlier than (3) days of the semester start.
2) Student is committed to Dormitory Rules of Opening and Closing Times.
3) Student is not allowed to spend a night outside the dormitory.
4) Smoke is forbidden.
5) Dress suitably according to KU Campus regulations.
Kuwait University offers the following complimentary services to the Student:
1. Accommodation at KU Dormitory in case of rooms availability.
2. Pick-up and drop-in service to Kuwait International Airport.
3. Transportation within KU campus and colleges.( Buses are available every 10 minutes).
4. Tour around Kuwait once per the exchange semester to identify Kuwaiti heritage.
CLOTHING AND BEHAVIOR
Since Student chooses to study the Exchange period at an Islamic & Arabic Country, it is mandatory to dress and act in matching with the Cultural Environmental within campus, dormitory, and classes according to Kuwait University Regulations.
Unsuitable clothes & attitude are forbidden.
